Leslie Mandrones, RN, brings more than seven years of advanced aesthetic nursing experience to Estetica Spa, combining clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping patients look and feel their absolute best. Known for her warm, approachable personality and meticulous attention to detail, Leslie specializes in creating natural-looking, confidence-enhancing results through personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
A graduate of the prestigious National Laser Institute’s Nurse Injector Program, Leslie is highly skilled in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, aesthetic lasers, patient assessment, and comprehensive treatment planning. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with patients by delivering exceptional care, honest recommendations, and beautiful, balanced outcomes.
In addition to her role as an Aesthetic Injector, Leslie serves as Estetica Spa’s Wellness Specialist, leading the development of innovative wellness and peptide therapy programs designed to help patients optimize their health from the inside out. She is passionate about educating patients on evidence-based wellness solutions, creating customized wellness plans, and empowering individuals to improve energy, vitality, longevity, body composition, and overall well-being.
