Spa Memberships
- Membership does not include gratuity.
- Services are to be received within each calendar month. Unused services may be rolled over for a maximum of 3 months.
- First month dues paid on the 1st of the month.
- Subsequent month dues will be charged to the credit card on file the first banking day of the month.
- Service cancellations require 48 hour notice via telephone (360-577-6956). If Service is not cancelled at least 48 hours prior, the client will be charged for the service.
- If membership is cancelled prior to 6 months, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Memberships valued at $200 or more will have a $300 cancellation fee.
- Memberships will continue on a month to month term after the initial 12 month term.
- Membership changes or cancellations require 30-day written notice you may contact Estetica at info@esteticaspa.com to obtain the cancellation form.
- $30 bank fee will be charged to the card on file for NSF and a second bank draft will be attempted.
