Kim Schlais, LME
Master Esthetician
Hi! I'm Kim. I am a Master Esthetician with advanced level training and NCEA (National Coalition of Esthetics Coalition) Certification. I have been working in the esthetic field since 2007 and medical field since 1997. My experience includes managing, servicing and starting up medical and spa practices. In addition to over 20 year industry experience, I attend continuing education as often as possible to keep current with industry trends and changes.
I am currently licensed in Washington and Oregon State and hold certifications in Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Medium and Medical Grade Chemical Peels, Laser Skin and Hair, Ultrasound and Radio Frequency Skin and Body Services and many others.
My clients say I serve the best of both worlds when it comes to spa services. I can focus on results-oriented skin care, applying skin therapies to combat skin conditions ensuring that my clients experience the highest level of care. As well as, I ensure guests leave feeling well, relaxed and most of all, cared for.
My personal interests include travel, fashion, decorating, reading, learning, and most of all, spending time with my family.
Taylor Meadows, LE
Esthetician
Hi, I’m Taylor! I’ve been with Estetica for a LONG time, first as a retail advisor then as an esthetician, and now mostly behind the scenes.
Lashes - with a side of retail therapy have always been my favorite service.
I have a little boy named Maverick and two fluffy weiner dogs. Our family spends most of our spare time outdoors, so you’ll catch us there whenever we’re not working!
Emily Robbins, LE

Hi, I’m Emily! I’ve been a Licensed Esthetician since 2015 and have only ever worked with the Estetica team. At first, I was interested in doing make up professionally, until I went to esthetics school and saw just exactly what that world had to offer!
I was born and raised right here in Cowlitz county. I love to meet new clients and build new relationships within my community. I thrive in providing my clients with waxing and treatment based facial services, with the ultimate goal of making them feel confident as well as educated about their skin.
In my downtime you can find me with my two dogs, out boating with my husband, or enjoying a glass of wine with my friends.

Hi my name is Jill! I am a licensed Cosmetologist and I have been in the beauty industry for almost 18 years! I began my career doing hair and makeup and expanded my knowledge to also include Esthetics over the last 10 years. I have always had a passion for helping people feel their best.
My hobbies include adventures with my family, decorating and coffee.

Hi, I'm Alayna! I am part of our spa reception team. My favorite part about working at Estetica is making great connections with our clients and being apart of their skincare journey! There is truly nothing like seeing the smile on our clients faces after they have received a service by our talented estheticians.
During my free time I enjoy spending time with my kitties and grabbing coffees with friends!
Jessica Warthen, RN
Nurse Injector
Hi I'm Jessica! I am a Registered Nurse with over 7 years of experience. As an RN in the hospital setting and a Nursing Instructor at Lower Columbia College, I gained expertise as an Acute and Intensive Care Nurse.
I love the variety working in the aesthetics field while keeping my acute nursing skills working in a hospital setting. I offer a wide variety of aesthetic injection services. My favorites being smoothing skin with fine line filler and neuro-modulators (botox, xeomin, dysport).
Bailey Malcolm, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Hello, I’m Bailey. I have been a nurse for since 2017 and have spent most of my career working labor and delivery. I switched to the Esthetics side of nursing in 2021 and have been loving it so far. I have been doing injectables, working with our various laser devices. I love using the Venus Bliss fat destruction and skin tightening cellulite reducing machine.
My focus and passion is providing injectables such as Botox and fillers. This side of nursing has always excited me.
My husband and I have an adorable little guy who was born in 2022.
Claire Wolff, ARNP

Hi! I’m Claire. I am a Nurse Practitioner and Estetica Medical Spa’s Medical Director.
I practiced as an RN for over 6 years in oncology and inpatient float pool before becoming an Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner. I also have experience in Sleep Medicine.
I attended Seattle University for my BSN and Frontier Nursing University for my MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner.
In my free time, I enjoy spin class, hiking, water sports and spending time with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Ashley!! I have been a Master Esthetician at Estetica since 2022. I became an Esthetician to help others make their skin care dreams a reality!! I love what I do and enjoy sharing my knowledge with all my amazing clients!! As a Master Esthetician I can provide clients with a variety of treatments, some more advanced and others that are more relaxing but super beneficial. I am here to provide you with knowledge and skill so we can reach your goals.
During my free time you can find me with my husband and daughter doing something adventurous!

Hi! I'm Fran, a licensed Esthetician of 30 years. I have a passion for helping clients achieve their skin care goals by providing detailed consultations and helping them find the right products for their skin. Throughout my career I have followed industry trends on new machines and products. In doing so I can add to the value of each consultation by presenting information that is relevant to the different services while educating clients on the importance of anti-aging ingredients.

Hi, I’m Mallory! You may have seen me behind the reception desk at Estetica, but I mainly work behind the scenes. Working at the spa brings me so much joy, I definitely love the daily interactions I have with all the clients.
In my free time I love being outside with my family enjoying the little bit of sunshine we get here in Washington!
Kylie Martinez, LME

Hi! I’m Kylie. I am a Licensed Master Esthetician here at Estetica Spa. Skincare has always been a passion of mine. Brows will always have a very special place in my heart as well.
As many of us women know, it can be quite easy to point out insecurities we have in regard to our skin. It’s not uncommon to feel “lost” when it comes to trying to find the best regimen that will help us achieve our goals. That is where I step in! Whether it’s acne, dryness, wrinkles, redness, laxity (or lack thereof), or the texture of your skin, I will guide you in the right direction. As a team, you and I can get you and your skin right where you want to be!
When I’m not at work, you’ll most often find me with my husband, our two kids, and our doggie, Hercules. Whether we’re at home watching a movie, roadtripping in California, or at a park somewhere here in our beautiful Cowlitz County, they are my happy places.
